You can enter bogus information in all the fields if needed.  No personal information is required when filling out the sample order form as it is only to show you what your customers would see when using Cart Science on your site.  On the check out screen when asked for a credit card number, enter all 1's for the card number, date and 3 digit code to proceed to the end of the order.
